Frequently asked questions
Are the invoices SAR compliant?
Yes. Every invoice includes the current CAI, the authorized range, the issuance deadline, and a sequential number with no gaps or duplicates. The system will not let you issue invoices with an expired or exhausted CAI.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on your computer, tablet, or phone. All you need is an internet connection. Point of sale receipts print on any 80 mm thermal printer.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Monthly plans have no minimum commitment. The annual plan is paid upfront with a 15% discount. Cancellation terms are detailed in the service agreement.
What does the Tailored plan include?
It is a license to use the software indefinitely, with a one-time payment. It does not transfer or sell the software. Support, updates, and implementation are defined in the license agreement.
Is my data secure?
Each company is isolated from all others. Every user of each company signs in with two-step verification, and every action is recorded in an audit log that no one can delete.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. Our team guides you through onboarding and sends you your invoice.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices are in US dollars and do not include ISV.
